Individual Therapy
A private, supportive space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s most difficult transitions — with a licensed therapist who meets you exactly where you are.
Areas of Focus
Our clinicians bring deep expertise across a range of conditions. Here are some of the most common reasons clients come to us.
Persistent worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, and the physical symptoms that come with living in a constant state of alertness.
Persistent sadness, loss of motivation, hopelessness, withdrawal from activities and relationships that once brought meaning.
Past trauma that lingers in the body and mind — flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbness. EMDR therapy available.
Divorce, career change, loss of a loved one, relocation, retirement — the passages that reshape who we are and how we cope.
Intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that feel impossible to control. We use evidence-based approaches to help you regain freedom.
Negative self-talk, low confidence, struggles with identity and self-worth. Building a healthier relationship with yourself starts here.
Our Approach
Every therapeutic relationship begins with listening. During your initial assessment, we take the time to understand not just what brought you here, but the full picture of who you are — your history, your strengths, and the patterns that may be holding you back.
From there, we build a collaborative treatment plan together. You are never a passive participant in your own care. We draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — selecting the approach that fits your needs, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Progress is measured through regular check-ins, and your treatment plan evolves as you do. Some clients come for a focused season of work. Others return over the years as life shifts. Both paths are welcome here.
“We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Your care should be as individual as you are.”
